第八屆香港電單車節-即將截止申請
 香港的車友大家好： "2013香港電單車節" 的籌備工作進展非常良好，政府已同意在2013年10月27把遮打道劃為活動的範圍。煩請大家向香港、中國、台灣、澳門及亞洲的車友、車會及電單車店舖宣傳這項一年一度的盛事。有你們的踴躍支持和幫助，香港電單車節的規模才能夠壯大。 如果你想參與今屆電單車節，請填寫回條（可點擊下載回條2013.07.15 - Motorcycle Show 'Reply Slip' 文字檔案），並於２０１３年８月２８日前電郵到ian@netvigator.com。參展位置採取”先到先得"方式，請大家盡快報名！由於場地有限，任何遲交報名表將不獲考慮。 ●上年有個別人士／車會／參展商不遵守在場規則，包括： －拆除舞臺的過程及方法對公眾構成危險 －阻礙緊急車輛通道 －沒有聽從大會工作人員的指示 －沒有得到大會的批准，自行容許能量飲品作推廣活動 －在雪廠街違例泊車 －貨車在遮打道上行駛 －電單車在遮打道上行駛 －垃圾遺留在遮打道 有見及此，大會今年必須嚴厲執法，以確保得到政府的批准，讓電單車節在未來繼續舉辦。因此請參加者務必遵守政府條例，違例者會被罰款港幣$３０００元（所有罰款將以ＣＡＭ名義捐贈到保良局作慈善用途），這才能夠讓電單車節得到持續的發展，大會也衷心希望大家能夠享受每年電單車節帶來的歡樂時光。請各車會及商號的代表必需抽空出席「協調會議」，日期是２０１３年９月６日（星期五），晚上７時正，地點是油麻地彌敦道的HKAA HQ中心內。 Hi Hong Kong Bikers, The planning for the “MOTORCYCLE SHOW 2013” is now well underway. The Government confirm that Chater Road has been reserved for us on Sunday, 27th October, 2013. Please help promote the Show by circulating this information to all the Bike Shops, Clubs, Biker Groups you know about both in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Macau, and Asia. Each year the Show grows bigger with your help and support. If you wish to participate in the Show you must submit the “Reply Slip” (which is attached to this email), to me at ian@netvigator.com by Wednesday 28th August, 2013. Remember “First come, first served” so don’t delay! Space is limited as usual so no late applications can be considered. Last year we had some serious ‘issues’ with individuals/Clubs not adhering to the ‘Rules’ ... - Danger to public demolishing a Stage. - Blocking Emergency Vehicle Access. - Not following Organisers Instructions. - Not allowing unauthorised Marketing by Drinks Company. - Illegal Parking on Ice House Street. - Trucks driving on Chater Road. - Bikes riding on Chater Road. - Rubbish left on Chater Road. ... as a result this year we will strictly enforce these Rules to ensure that Government will allow us to continue to hold the Show in future years. We want everyone to have a good time at the annual ‘Motorcycle Show’, but to ensure its continued success participants must respect the Government’s Rules, therefore a series of HK$3,000 Fines will be imposed on those who violate the Rules (all proceeds from Fines will be donated by CAM to the Po Leung Kuk Charity).
