早前本誌報導有傳APRILIA將於2016年推出230匹的RSV4 RF。APRILIA的賽車部總監Romano Albesiano，在意大利米蘭車展上公佈五款“Factory Works廠車”規格的車輛，簡單來說只要騎士有錢，就可以把WSBK規格的RSV4帶回家。近日，全亞洲第一台APRILIA廠方市販賽車的買家Richard Forrest，把這台2016 RSV4 R-FW Stock2 APX Race 戰車帶回家。它更是2015年SBK的STK1000（原型車組別）的世界冠軍規格戰車，戰車馬力大約210匹，但引擎用上最精準的部件組裝及進行了精準調校，性能非原裝車可以媲美。
另外，APRILIA廠方給與買家非常大的自由度，可在不同的規格的戰車內，另行購買選配更高級的部件，正如車主Richard Forrest更額外要求廠方配上Misano賽車拉花的全碳纖維超輕優質外殼、更強的BREMBO GP4RX制動卡鉗、超大型賽車水箱及賽車版Akrapovic蝎子短身排氣喉，令這SBK STK1000組戰車錦上添花。

APRILIA五款“Factory Works廠車”介紹
APRILIA眨眼間已重返WSBK(世界超級電單車賽)五年，庇亞基(MAX BIAGGI)及沙利文(Sylvain Guintoli)憑著APRILIA RSV4戰車，為車廠奪得3屆世界冠軍。事實上，WSBK的原意之一是讓車隊透過比賽收集數據，不斷改良戰車的性能，最終回饋至市販車上。雖然如此，考慮到製造成本，車廠是不可能為大量生產的市販SUPERBIKE，逐一進行超精細的調校，因此廠車與市販車還有巨大差別，即使參加STK(STANDARD原裝組)比賽的廠車較接近原裝車規格，但由於引擎用上最精準的部件組裝及進行了精準調校，各方面的性能是原裝車不能媲美。
為了取得佳績，每間車廠都會設立賽車部門，專職研發最新賽車技術。多年來，車廠鮮有將大量賽車技術下放至平民伯姓，或許這次APRILIA的做法打破了慣例，可讓使用APRILIA RSV4參賽的騎士解決調校的上煩惱。
根據APRILIA的賽車部總監Romano Albesiano透露，這是讓騎士擁有真正賽道戰車的珍貴機會，APRILIA利用獲得WSBK及STK(世界原裝車組)世界冠軍的技術，溶入使用APRILIA戰車騎士的戰車內。
根據APRILIA提供的資料，共有五款不同改裝規格的戰車供選擇，當中最高規格是Aprilia RSV4 R-FW “MISANO”，這是最接近真正WSBK規格的戰車，以曲軸量度可輸出230hp馬力。至於五款不同規格戰車的價錢有待廠方公佈。另外，購買車輛的騎士可享用車廠提供的調校課程，費用包括在車價內。

The bike presented at EICMA is a demonstration of the level of preparation possible through the ‘Factory Works’ program and is the entry level for the W-SBK line.
