MOTORCYCLE SHOW 2012 香港電單車節接受報名及通告
致香港電單車迷：
本年2012香港電單車節已得到政府確認，地點同於中環遮打道舉行，日期為2012年11月25日星期日。現請各想參與本年電單車節的商店、俱樂部及車會留意以下事項。 由於場地空間非常有限參與者眾多，本人可不考慮遲交的申請。敬請各位參與人仕必須在2012年9月14日或之前提交申請信（可按此下載），寄往本人電郵 ian@netvigator.com。我們會採取 "先到先得" 的方式，請大家從速提交！ 去年﹗我們發現某俱樂部不遵守會場規則，導致本年我們必須強制執行更嚴格的規則，解決相關問題，確保政府認可香港電單車節持續發展。所以我們會在2012年9月18日晚上7時於HKAA會總部（位於九龍油麻地彌敦道391號）舉行 "協調會議" ，請各商號與車會務必派代表出席是次活動。 此致 Ian Foster - 展覽主辦機構 Classic Auto-cycle Museum www.cam-hk.com ian@netvigator.com Hi Hong Kong Bikers, The planning for the “MOTORCYCLE SHOW 2012” is now well underway. The Government confirm that Chater Road has been reserved for us on Sunday, 25th November, 2012. Please help promote the Show by circulating this information to all the Bike Shops, Clubs, Biker Groups you know about both in Hong Kong, China, and Asia. Each year the Show grows bigger with your help and support. If you wish to participate in the Show you must submit the “Reply Slip” (click here download), to me at ian@netvigator.com by Friday 14th September, 2012. Remember “First come, first served” so don’t delay! Space is VERY limited so no late applications can be considered. Last year we had some ‘issues’ with individuals/Clubs not adhering to the ‘Rules’ ... as a result this year we must enforce these Rules more strictly to ensure that Government will allow us to continue to hold the Show in future years. A representative from each Shop/Club must be present at this years ‘Co-ordination Meeting’ at HKAA HQ on Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon on Tuesday 18th September, 2012 at 7.00pm.
